Who Are We

Omega Manufacturing Corporation is a Calgary based CWB Certified Structural Steel Fabricator. We specialize in the fabrication and repairs of centrifuges, custom welding, and all manner of oilfield refinery equipment. We have earned the respect of many design groups and manufacturers of oil and gas equipment by producing reasonably priced, quality products on schedule. We have had the opportunity to work with engineering firms from varied industries, and our products are currently in service worldwide.

All blueprints are closely interpreted and dimensional tolerances are strictly maintained. All client documentation and information is held in strict confidence. AutoCAD capabilities allow us to download and print high quality drawings, and in-house drafting services are available. Our qualified staff are proficient in operating manual, semi-automatic, automatic and portable welding equipment.

We are certified with the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) to CSA Standard W47.1. All weld procedures and specifications are held to strict quality standards. We are also certified to construct, repair, and alter ASME B31.1 Power Piping, and ASME B31.3 Process Piping. Our in house quality control program is consistently adhered to which ensures top quality products are produced for our customers.

In early 1997, Omega designed and constructed a new facility with 15,000 square feet of shop space. Dual overhead cranes provide a combined lifting capacity of 40 tons. Our secured yard provides storage of 1.5 acres. A unique shop design allows for oversize projects up to 56 feet in width, and 180 feet long. Five thousand square feet office space allows us to offer courtesy accommodations for on site customer supervision project and third party inspectors.
